Addison has lived a long life. He is at the point where he is no longer happy with his existence. He hasn’t been at anything close to happy for many centuries. He’s been hurt deeply on more than one occasion and he is now cursed for all eternity because of it. The ex-wife that he hates has stalker tendencies and just to torment him some more she purchased the home next to his.

Eva has always found herself attracted to losers. It shouldn’t surprise her that the current loser has put her life in danger in his attempts at becoming a vampire. As she runs for her life, fleeing the house where she was caged like an animal she sees salvation walking on the beach. Little does she know that the man enjoying a stroll on the beach is the exact creature that she was running from.

Addison and Eva give their readers a sweet love story. He wants to keep her away from the clutches of Satrina at all costs. He knows the evil that Satrina is capable of. Addison also knows that she doesn’t follow the rules that they must live by. Eva is scared. She has been manipulated into signing a contract, she has been introduced to creatures she never knew existed, and to top it all off she gets Addison as her unlikely protector.

Huge surprise ending. I never saw any of what transpired at the ending happening. It’s a vampire love story so obviously someone will most likely get turned (veiled) into a vampire. I never pictured any of the events that happened leading to the tourney on the beach. Kudos to Dominique for creating such an interesting look into vampire folklore. I am very pleased that 

I have the following two books in this series on my Kindle just waiting to be read. I am very curious to where she will take this new era and new evil.

I enjoyed how the mythos of Lillith played into Dominique’s brand of vampire. Eden’s Hell was a surprising mix of biblical references, vampire myths, and a love that can overcome any obstacle thrown in its path.
