Brad is a frat boy and a jock. He has to be straight. It’s the norm and what everyone expects of him. He doubts himself though. He intentionally dates girls who are known for not sleeping around, he finds himself checking out the guys in the locker room and the things he is noticing in the shower have him not just questioning his sexuality, but declaring himself gay.

Sebastian is a few years older than Brad. Sebastian is experienced enough to have gotten a reputation when it comes to his sexual prowess. He’s attractive and has no problems finding men to share himself with. When Sebastian first notices Brad he assumes what everyone else assumes, straight jock.

I loved reading Brad as he struggles with his various confusions. When he comes to the conclusion that he is in fact gay he gets a whole new load of confusions. Sebastian was a great match for Brad. Sebastian never became pushy on any issues Brad was dealing with. Sebastian also has his own piece of uncharted territory he has to work his way through.

Brad and his inner drama queen conversations getting pretty funny. It really is no wonder he doesn’t know how to react to some of the situations he finds himself in. The acknowledgement of his attraction to men has overwhelmed him some. He is also trying to figure out how to deal with the guy he is attracted to.

I picked up this book because it sounded similar to the Men of Holsum College series by Daisy Harris. I absolutely love those books. The only similarities are gay college guys and hot sex. Both books are incredibly enjoyable. The authors have two very different writing styles and the flow of the books is completely different. I am looking forward to continuing reading Anne’s Theta Alpha Gamma series. I enjoyed Frat Boy and Toppy. There were a couple of characters that I hope get their own books.    

This is also the first book I have ever read from Riptide publishing. If you are considering reading anything from them you should check out their website. They have an amazing sexual rating system for their books. It is broken down by “Heat Wave” and “Erotic Frequency.” I liked this. It lets readers know how hot the sex scenes are and how frequent one can expect them in their books.
