VBT: Runaway Virgin by L.C. Dean Character Interview & Giveaway

The Jeep Diva had some bikers cruise in this morning. Always an exciting event. Grant and Neva from Runaway Virgin are here to tell us a few things about when and how they met!

Vanessa: What were your initial thoughts or impressions the first time you ever saw Grant?
Neva: That he was hot and he could hold his own if he had to. I thought he was exactly the kind of guy I could relax around. LOL – I have to admit that relaxing wasn’t really on my mind at the time.

Vanessa: How accurate do you now think those thoughts or impressions were?
Neva: As far as holding his own, I’d say fairly accurate. He’s a pretty tough guy, a lot like my dad and brothers. And yep, still think he’s hot. Who wouldn’t when he’s all hard bodied and has that sexy touch of gray by his ears? Strength and experience. Killer combo.

Vanessa: What is one thing about Grant that he would never want others to find out?
Neva: That he’s not as much the rough and ready biker as he tries to appear. He’s actually a pretty nice guy. Considering his job, I’d say that could hinder him if people found out.

Vanessa: What do you think Grant’s best quality is?
Neva: I don’t know him that well, but he strikes me as honest and considerate. My dad’s a cop so I’ve seen enough stuff to know that a genuinely nice guy isn’t always easy to find.

Vanessa: What do you think Grant’s best physical feature is?
Neva: Besides his...? (blush) I’d say his eyes. They’re so dark and sometimes he seems to see right through me. I’d hate to have him on the other side of an interrogation table. I’d confess everything.

Vanessa: What were your initial thoughts or impressions the first time you ever saw Neva
Grant: I wanted to spank her for flirting with all the other guys, and I wondered if her innocence was an act. Didn’t stop me from wanting her for myself though.

Vanessa: How accurate do you now think those thoughts or impressions were?
Grant: Not very. Neva strikes me as pretty savvy about a lot of things, but she really was as innocent as she seemed. Not exactly what I expected.

Vanessa: What is one thing about Neva that she would never want others to find out?
Grant: That’s easy – the fact that she hooked up with me in Sturgis. Neva likes to tell herself that she doesn’t worry about what the men in her life think but she does. She would hate it if her father ever found out about us spending bike week together.

Vanessa: What do you think Neva’s best quality is?
Grant: She goes after what she wants, but she’s funny and sweet while she’s at it. And she cares about her family. That makes her something special in my book.

Vanessa: What do you think Neva’s best physical feature is?
Grant: I should say something gentlemanly like her laugh, but to be honest it’s her ass. She has about the cutest one I’ve seen. When I first saw her, she was bartending and dressed in this super short little skirt. Every time she’d spin to grab a beer and her skirt flew up, I got a flash. She was covered with tight little shorts, you know like volleyball players wear, but that didn’t stop me and every other guy around from wanting her. She had me pretty wound up by the time she got off work.

  6. Thanks everyone! And thanks for letting Neva and Grant drop by Vanessa. Runaway Virgin is the first in a four book series of erotic short stories that offer a peak at Bike Week in Sturgis, SD. Two more release in June and the fourth in July.

If you haven't ever been to the Motorcycle Classic, it is worth a trip just to people watch and see the bikes. But it is also a great way to escape the everyday expectations of the world like Neva did.

  7. Oh, YEAH! There's just something about a guy on a bike that's sooo sexy...gives off that kinda 'bad boy' attitude, I guess. GREAT interview...I'd love to read/hear 'the rest of the story'! ;)

  12. Yep - I know I should be more independent and ride my own - which I do when I get a chance, but I would so much rather let the guy do all the work when I'm on vacation, and just sit back and enjoy the ride. All that power - bike and man together - between my legs....well, yeah. I am sure you get the picture. As for the heroes in the books, Grant rides a Harley, as does the hero from Beautiful Ink (July). Jonas from Public Adoration (June) rides a chopper and the ass-kickin'-name-taking heroine from Whipped Puppy (June) rides a Classic 1956 BMW.

    1. I used to go to the Sturgis rally every year with an old boyfriend - even for a few years after we broke up. It was a blast every time. Now, I just ride mine back and forth to work, but I miss riding the Black Hills on the back of Frankie's sporty.

    1. Thanks, I hope they convey a taste of the rally. People seem to go there for many reasons, but it often seems to provide an escape from the ordinary, and I tried to convey that feeling in each of the stories.

  19. My mother forbade me from ever riding on a motorcycle. I think that is a huge reason why I love bikers. You always want what you can't have. lol
