                This is a series that I recommend reading in order. The Malandante are explained little pieces at a time throughout the series. Julian does not go into any rehashing, which I prefer my books that way. In an effort to bring the Mal down Cam, the eldest of the de Feo brothers has come up with a plan to lure Daniel Bonnini to them. The plan is to kidnap his niece, and use her as a bargaining tool. This plan involves the seduction of Stella. After one look at Stella he is eagerly looking forward to that part of the plan. This will get her to willingly come home with him. It seems like a rather simple plan until they both are all too eager to get the others cloths off.

                Stella has just had the most sexually amazing night of her life. This incredibly sexy man has asked her to spend the weekend with him at his home. She thinking she may have found something in him she has not ever sound in another soul. Then she eavesdrops on a conversation where he is referring to her uncle as a lunatic. Stella has lived with her uncle since her parents died. As an adult she has worked for his company. She has never suspected that there was an evil bone in this man’s body. Yet she is standing in front of the man she thought of as the man of her dreams and he is telling her what she believes to be all types of craziness.

                I loved the conflict in Seduced and Ensnared. Cam has got to convince Stella that the plans had changed. He knew almost immediately that he was not going to be able to use her as bait. She does not understand this. She also does not know the evil that her uncle has reaped upon this magical race that Cam and his family is not only a part of but also trying to protect. He wants her to help him. Cam wants her to see this villain for what he is. Stella and Cam have to come to terms about what to do about her uncle while trying to figure out what to do about the intense attraction they have for one another. These two heat up the pages with some extremely hot sexual encounters.
