Rosie Bianchi is having a hard time believing that the hot guy in line with her at the deli is checking her out. She keeps sneaking glances his way and every time he is still checking her out. Rosie has always been the quite girl with her nose in a book, she even works in a library. She is well aware of the fact that her life could use a little excitement. She just doesn’t feel brave enough to actually go out and grab that excitement.

Rio can’t stop staring at the cute chick in line in front of him. After she stumbles into him as she’s leaving the deli he decides he needs to know more about her. First he must figure out how to get to know her better. Being linchetto he has the ability to shadow walk, thus he can follow her around and she will never notice. Rio spends the day doing just that. Just imagine his excitement when she goes into a bar after work and now he has an excuse to chat her up.

I liked Rio and Rosie’s story. It was really sweet. She knows nothing of the world of the fata. Then after just one night of incredible amazingly hot sex with Rio her world is turned upside down as she has these new magical abilities. Rio does an amazing job of attempting to calm her as he tries to explain that there is more to the world than she ever thought. When they discover why she never had any magical abilities things go a bit crazy for her. As soon as her magical abilities show up so does an extremely vicious dead witch that wants her dead.

I think that Seduced and Enchanted could be read as a stand-alone. All of the previous books de Feo’s are present in small supporting roles, but the past Mal problems are not mentioned in this book.  The conflict that is present is also wrapped up tightly at the end.
