Another great installment to
the Ghost Cats series. In this book Fiona LaSalle has been dumped by her
boyfriend after he stole all her money so she goes to work at a wildlife
preserve to get out of debt. While there she meets a lion named King who
happens to be a shape shifter. King,
otherwise known as Cade when he’s human, knows that Fiona is his mate, he just
has to make her see that.
This book had some great sex
scenes and good character development. This installment was a little longer and
then the first and I still wanted more. I enjoyed the interaction with the
characters from the first book and meeting some new characters in this one. I
would have like more in the way of conversation and less inner monologue.
Overall I really enjoyed this
book and would like to read more in this series.
