This is a great novella to travel with. I hate reading long lengthy novels while traveling. There is not enough time to sit and really invest yourself into a book. Sacred Places is short, moves at a great pace, and from the beginning Coyle and Deri know each other and have been drawn to one another. I like my novellas to have couples that are familiar with each other. The familiarity takes away the feeling that the romance is rushed and it also removes the insta-love.

Deri and Coyle for unknown reasons have been hiding their attraction from each other. The attractions and desires are there, deeply between them. They finally give in and wow, what a hot and lightly humorous tryst they have. Coyle and Deri have great chemistry together. After several years of watching Deri waste her time on what he sees as worthless humans that do not treat her as he sees fit, Coyle finally goes after what he wants… Deri.

Be sure to stop back by on Saturday. Mandy is one of the authors I am bragging about as part of SER Awesomeness' Small Press Treasures Blog Hop Giveaway. Mandy will be giving away an eBook.
